Its day 2 of my 3 day detox and I am feeling great to do a 10 min step workout …(fully modified and my Dr. gave approval so please dont send me messages how I shouldn’t be active)

2018 was full of injuries and letting things go longer unchecked so 2019 is all about taking care of me and being fully focused on nutrition. the first step is setting up my meal plan for next week!
