  • it's the last day of my 20 min program!! but it's not the last day of my exercise routine.

starting a program isnt always easy , especially if you have been lacking activity .the more you move the better you will feel!

I got home from army training today, threw on my workout clothes, guzzled my energize, and about to crush this workout!

our schedule does not depict our day. it is just a schedule. if our schedule changes, our day isnt ruined. we just move around the schedule to get our workout done.

when you power up with your mindset and pushing through all the excuses and BS you tell yourself of not having time, you will get it done and conquer over that schedule running you.

This is hard for me because my brain just thinks of all the things I need to do that day and racking up my to do list.

can you relate?

I need my brain busy to tune out  the list of things I have going on and to take care of ME in those 20 minutes. I cant do the silence because I just want to stop,  get bored, and ready to get done so my huge list I just created can get finished.

motivation for me is created during my workout by keeping my brain busy on the moves and i tune everything else out.

how about you? do you like silence in a workout?
  • Its so easy to fall back into old habits... letting the kids buy school lunch, just saying whatever, its easier in the morning.

But back to making kids lunches to make sure they are eating healthy foods not full of junk and sugar. because you know teenagers just want to eat healthy and love making their own lunches.. 😒
  • back into my favorite work attire. I am my most comfortable in a bathing suit. forget shorts, leggings, tshirts... a bathing suit is my favorite thing to wear! is that weird? . 
so sitting outside getting some amazing women started on their fitness/nutrition and coaching journey as my virtual gym and coach internship starts TODAY!

That’s not really what they say, but that’s how it comes across, amiright. 🤣 .
and I am just over here putting in the WORK.  nothing can replace that. When did we become such an instant gratification society to want results right now and as quick and fast as possible but not willing to do what it takes to get there to keep it off? not willing to change the habits that got them where they are now? I mean those things sound great but such a disappointment when another thing doesnt work.
if you want change,  commit to the process.  not some magical thing that will make that fat magically disappear.  nothing replaces exercise and healthy eating. .
girl you got this. just give it time, consistency, and love yourself no matter what.
