  • I struggled with eye strain for years! Working a desk job under crappy lighting, my eyes would hurt so much! even after lasik, the strain got so much worse and harder for my eyes to adjust....or maybe i am just getting old 👵. I started wearing these @ladybossglasses a few years ago and it's truly saved my eyes.👓 totally not paid to promote these.. I just love them so much! 
anyone else need some blue-light blockers  to work?

Ingredients⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Nonstick cooking spray (optional)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 cups whole-wheat flour⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tsp baking powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
½ tsp baking soda⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
½ tsp sea salt (or Himalayan salt)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 large egg, lightly beaten⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
¼ cup honey⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
¼ cup organic coconut oil, melted⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

-Prepare 12 muffin cups by lining with muffin papers or lightly coating with spray.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl; mix well. Set aside.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-Combine egg, honey, almond milk, oil, and extract in a medium bowl; mix well.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

 I get it... waking up and not getting enough sleep (or a dog that starts whining for food at 5am) isnt ideal. .
it's that moment when we put both feet on the ground (or not getting out of bed and hitting snooze), that we make the decision of whether that day is going to be a weight loss day or not. You make the decision to conquer the inner thoughts all throughout the day, of if you want to be healthy or not.

Skip breakfast because you slept in or spend the 1 min to make a shake. Make your lunch or eat out? Tired and dont want to cook dinner but should to stick to your goals or just order pizza? wake up early which means going to bed earlier to do a 4am workout or start drinking your preworkout on the way home from work so you get it done as soon as you get home.... or dont make a plan at all and you never end up working out.

They are all decisions YOU make. Every day you have the choice to make that day better than the day before.  are you going to crush today 💪 or make excuses why you are going to start tomorrow, next monday, or march 1👎?

-Place chicken mixture, farro, beans, corn, tomatoes, water, enchilada sauce, chili powder, cumin, and coriander in a 3-quart slow cooker; mix well and cover. Cook on high for 3 hours, or until liquid has been absorbed, and farro is tender.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
