  • Just booked my 9th FREE earned tropical vacation for next year and going back to the Dominican republic before I even go on my trip this year cruising to Nassau and Labadee. 
When I first started as a coach, there was no way I would spend money on myself or family to go on vacation. who could afford that?? there were better things to pay for like food and bills. 
but when I saw I could earn a tropical vacation to places I only dreamed about going to,  I was all in! I didnt know how I was going to get there, but I just knew I was going to give my family that trip. and I have made it a priority since that first one!  and the best part, is that not only do I get to share these experiences with my family on all the hard work and time I put in to create the life we have now, but I get to travel with my best friends and tribe 🌺 of girl bosses and their families! 🥂

  • Coaches come from all walks of life... all ages and shapes and backgrounds. But one common thread we all have is starting from a need of wanting change in our life.

that change of creating a healthier version of themselves, confidence, happiness,  then creates a passion and purpose to inspire others and THEN their life changes even more financially.

it's my favorite thing to see my team grow and experience things they didnt think was possible for themselves and totally crush it. 
as I head home and start my. new coach mentorship tomorrow, I challenge you to find the belief to know you are worth it. Worthy of feeling amazing, having energy, of being selfish for 20 min a day and getting in a workout and worthy of being on our team.

8 years ago I was lost. I had no idea what I wanted to do,  a working mom with 2 kids, fresh home from a deployment,  and still trying to find my place.  I lived in a new state with no friends and was slowly going out of my mind! 
I started with a home workout program because I had no time for a gym,  no day care,  barely enough time for me. I was desperate to lose weight and feel confident again. little did I know that workout would lead me to my future dream job.

I worked hard to achieve the life I have now... dream home,  truck paid off,  vacation when i want,  work from home,  no stress of income. it doesn't come easy though!

most give up when things get hard, uncomfortable, and dont go their way the first time but wish they had the lifestyle they dreamed of. I am looking for those that will fight through a challenge,  ready to reach their fitness goals,  willing to get uncomfortable in order to make a difference in their life and future.

  • Super excited to head out this weekend to see Shaun T again and to see many of the coaches on my team that I havent met in person yet! .
Thats one of the coolest parts of being a coach is meeting such amazing people on social media and creating a tribe of people who just get you. .
And because this man popped up on my screen 8 years ago, his program started something that has given so much more to my life.. purpose, friendships, financial freedom, spending more time with my kids, living a life I dreamed of. .
And now  I get to pass that to people who get to do his program that we start Monday for the first time. Never underestimate what a fitness journey and being a part of a community can do. It might bring happiness, confidence and a new found freedom! <3

  • its day 2 of my 3 day detox and I am feeling great to do a 10 min step workout ...(fully modified and my Dr. gave approval so please dont send me messages how I shouldn't be active) 
2018 was full of injuries and letting things go longer unchecked  so 2019 is all about taking care of me and being fully focused on nutrition. the first step is setting up my meal plan for next week! I am tired of my husband convincing me pizza is a better dinner or let's just stop at zaxbys. my personality is once I have a little bit while I am getting results, it's a spiral to add it in more frequently and then I am totally off plan. not this year! 
the second step is accountability! it's even better going through these programs  together and holding each other accountable.
