To me coaching=growth

finally home after a whirlwind weekend in Vegas. …its not my favorite place but got to experience things I never would have done on my own.

Each person there is from different backgrounds, personalities, and reasons for being a coach.

We were asked to sum up coaching and beachbody into one word and it was so hard to choose one! but mine is GROWTH. 

• its allowed me to grow into the person I knew I could become.
• I was able to grow my time with my family
• I grew my savings account
•  I had huge growth of being able to navigate confrontation and it translated into my army career and handling teenagers
• I grew friendships
• every area of my life has grown with purpose and passion

here’s to the future and to the new adventures and growth that is to come!
