Your best days are right in front of you. ?

Whenever we think about weight loss, we think we have to “diet” or restrict or deprive ourselves of foods we love and treat carbs as the enemy. All the meal prepping, planning, counting macros, calories, it would make my head spin and I was horrible at sticking to it all consistently because there would always be some occasion I couldn’t control or the family would want to go out to eat and then I would fall so “off track” that I would just continue to eat horrible.

Sound familiar?

Or maybe you do so well for a while (in those restrictive and depriving diets) but once you stopped, you started gaining all the weight back and miserable in cutting out all the tasty foods forever and always saying to your kids you cant eat that because you are on a diet….

Again… sound familiar?

I get it! But it doesnt have to be that hard and no longer do i or the 943 other people in our accountability group have to go through those thoughts or feelings again. We have a FREEDOM of the diet mentality and actually spend LESS on groceries! Eating healthy is NOT expensive.
