it’s easy to stop…

let’s talk about these 20 minutes…. its not easy. the entire workout my legs and lungs are burning. the inner fight with myself is real and my legs feel like they have bricks tied to them.

it’s easy to stop.

but I am not going to give up on me. I am going to modify and slow down and hop back in when I can.

dont feel like you have to be at the speed of the fitness pros on TV when you are just beginning your journey or starting a new program.

just do your best and dig deep when it gets hard and THAT is how you build the mental toughness to get through when you arent motivated every day.
