  • Holiday Detox

    on my way home on a 12 hour flight from Alaska today and going to seriously need a detox of all the crap I have eaten….

    because let’s face it. traveling and visiting family, not to mention broken toes and out of your routine can put a toll on your body. The bloat, sugar and caffeine addiction, and weight gain from the holiday comfort food needs to go!

    so this week I am doing a super simple 3 day detox that allows you to eat real food! every time I notice more energy, less cravings, and my pants fit a ton better.
