• it doesn’t mean I wasn’t worthy of it

Many don’t know this about me, but it took me 2 tries to get my E6, and another 3 tries to get my E7. I was passed over many times, even with great evaluations, finishing top 3 in competitions, high honors in my classes every time, I was still passed over. and who knows how many times I’ll go for my E8 as I start that process this year.
    .
it doesn’t mean I wasn’t worthy of it, or that I wasn’t good enough…. it just wasn’t meant to be my time yet. and that’s ok!
    .
way too often we give up before we are ready for the responsibility or what’s required of us and stop pushing for what we want. you have no idea what you are capable of until you decide to grow through those times…
    .
yes, I said grow through. because in order to get to where you want to go, you have to BECOME it first before you attain it. so by doing the actions, mindset, behaviors of what that next level does, I showed that I was ready. it takes initiative and drive and a willingness to BE the person you want to be before you have what you want to have.

  • Habit is created by consistency

    I actually hate working out.?
I would rather be doing other things BUT I LOVE:
? the feeling after of having sweat dripping off my face
? how I have energy to take on the day
? that my clothes fit better
? how my anxiety is less
? that I can be an example to my kids that even if you dont want to so something, you do it anyway because there are greater benefits

    .
Habit is created by consistency regardless of what you feel like doing. And I am super grateful for my virtual bootcamp that holds me accountable too!

do you struggle with working out each day? here are my top tips.
    ?take your pre workout.
?make an appointment to yourself for a time to workout every day
? push play even when you are fighting yourself in your head. after 5 min you wont stop because action creates more action
? grab a friend or get into my virtual bootcamp and let’s hold each other accountable!
