    Its day 2 of my 3 day detox and I am feeling great to do a 10 min step workout …(fully modified and my Dr. gave approval so please dont send me messages how I shouldn’t be active)

    2018 was full of injuries and letting things go longer unchecked so 2019 is all about taking care of me and being fully focused on nutrition. the first step is setting up my meal plan for next week!

    the second step is accountability! it’s even better going through these programs together and holding each other accountable.

    yep.. I am right there with you. it’s incredibly hard to stick to eating healthy when someone in your household is waving unhealthy food in your face. 

    it’s why I am thankful for my coach team and virtual bootcamp. they get it and struggle too. but we support each other even when a spouse may not understand.
