    in 90 days I will be closer to 40 than 30. ?

    it’s funny that as we get older, our priorities to our health changes. when we were younger, it was just to look good. then it starts to carry over into actually feeling good with energy, being able to move better, keeping our body healthy and strong so when we are 80, we have the health of a much younger person and can live independently. 

    we spend so much on sick care and not enough on actually maintaining and improving your health.

    2018 I had several injuries..shoulder inflammation, sesamoiditis, broken toes…. 2019 is all about prevention! I am so happy to have a plan for my health with low impact workouts thats 20 min a day, and an easy meal plan to go with it.

  • Do you love your job?

    I see so many who are dreading going back to work today, who want to spend more time with their kids, and going to a job they arent happy about… i get it. i worked in a corporate job that i was miserable at. But I decided that job was not going to bring me what I wanted in my future.

    I needed to find something I could have freedom with and when I could work on it in my busy life because we are ALL busy and it had to be something I had fun doing.
