    I am not going to allow this boot to be a crutch to my excuses. It would be so easy to talk myself out from injuries, but you can modify anything and still get a kick butt workout in 20 minutes.

    This step is the reason why I sweat harder. You create the change in your body by first changing the excuses in our head of why we shouldnt do something to why we CAN and are ABLE to do something. The rest of my body is still healthy and deserves the work.

    Not motivated? it’s because you have been inactive for too long! which means getting up and moving will create motivation. motivation is created from action. you wont find it being inactive and hoping it just comes along.
