    Validation is like cake ?…. Its addicting and we all want it. LOL

    How many times are we determining our relationships, our efforts at our jobs, or what we do based on what others think of us? ?

    This week, I want you to give yourself kudos at least 1x a day for something you are doing well at or something you love about yourself. For every negative thought you have during the day, you need to do one positive thought as well.

    The more you do this, the more positivity you will bring into your life and the less validation you will need from others to soar.
